Meet the team
At mission control - Tom Mugnaioni
Tom has been a plumbing and heating engineer for over 20 years, first adding the essential skills for renewable energy sources in 2006.
Tom’s passion in business is to raise the benchmark of energy engineering, encouraging his team to not only comply with the compulsory five-yearly refresher training, but to keep up-to-date with new and exciting plumbing and heating solutions and technology to continue their professional development and advance the Clever Energy offering.
As a leader in his business, Tom appreciates and praises innovation and thinking outside the box, reliability and a customer centric approach.
Tom says, “We’re easy-going people; personable and reliable. I like to make sure we never get any call-backs, and that our lasting impression is a good one.”
When he’s not out in the field, Tom can be found spending time with his family. He also enjoys working on his car, which is one of the many reasons he loves doing what he does.

Stephen Mascord
Steve joined Clever Energy in 2021, eager to be part of the team to pick up the service and maintenance side, and to continue to develop his skills with installation.
He likes to socialise and walk the dog.

James Pelley
James qualified in 2021 making Clever Energy his first employer in the industry. He loves playing in a band, and has just recently became a dad (again!)
